Baby Shower

The Blanco family moved into the Townsend ward the first of February. They moved to Townsend for job. When they moved up here they basically didn't have much for the Trailor. With help of the Townsend ward they ended up with a bed, couches, clothes and many quilts made by the Relief Society. They just had a new baby so today the ward had a shower for Kara. It was so neat to see the love and support of the sisters of the ward. One of the neatest experiences I had seen living here happened one day when we were taking couches to the Blanco's. When we got to their home we realized they needed a kitchen table. Scott Bodle who had just been baptized weeks before, quickly left the Blanco house and returned with his own kitchen table. He said, that they were working on building a new table for their kitchen and that the Blanco's could have theirs. It has been a pleasure getting to know the Bodle Family as well as the Blanco Family.

It just seems like yesterday that we were throwing you a baby shower! That is pretty neat that your ward is so generous and giving and a great story of your Aaron's old friend getting baptized.
